Developing more than 5,000 hotel rooms and five-star apartments, provides services for both domestic and international tourism in Ha Noi Capital, Ho Chi Minh City and the exclusive coastal lines such as Da Nang, Nha Trang, Hoi An, Vung Tau and Ha Long with over 300ha of a total land fund.
With our enthusiastic, dynamic and experienced team in real estate and finance development, KPF is a listed company with VND 800 billion in 2019, increased its total capital to VND 2,500 billion in 2020. Our company is expected to reach the capital to VND 3,000 billion in 2021, and total asset of over VND 15,000 billion. KPF commits to the transparency, professionalism, and it leads to become a reliable partner of international investment funds.
In cooperation with Japanese, Singaporean and Hongkong investors, KPF creates the most suitable products for customers along with professional management partners: Ascott and Sailing Club.

Our company builds Tourism and Hospitality academy, public library (100% free of charge) and gives out scholarship for students who are not able to pay tuition fees.
